"Realtors are not created equal. We had a less than stellar experience prior to meeting Joel. One of the first things he said was, "I'm the expert on the industry, but you're the experts on your own house. We're going to work together." We did indeed. The respect and patience he showed us was constant. He scheduled open houses, advised us on options, but always listened to our reasoning and questions. We were on vacation when our house sold and he called to tell us. His excitement was obvious in his voice! He's a dedicated hero who will stand by you, guard your best interests and explain patiently. We hired Joel to list our home and then as the process went on, we looked at open houses and found one we liked. We asked him to present an offer on it. He asked if we wanted to see it again - I think he wanted to see it too - and we agreed. He was impressed and we immediately signed him as our buying agent too and did a fine job for us on both sides. Hero all around whether you're buying or selling!"
