About Joel Lutterloh
I LOVE being a real estate agent!! I have been a licensed Realtor in Washington State since 2013, in Arizona since 2017, and in Idaho since 2023, having earned my Managing Broker Designation in Washington State in 2018. In Washington, I mostly cover Pierce, South King, Thurston, and Kitsap Counties, and other areas as needed (I've worked in Snohomish County, Ocean Shores and Chelan). In Arizona, I cover all of the Phoenix metropolitan area, having sold in Gilbert, Queen Creek, Mesa, Anthem, Surprise, Goodyear, Buckeye, Phoenix, Maricopa and surrounding areas. In Idaho, I cover Coeur d' Alene, Post Falls and points north. Two unique facts about me . . . I am a retired Safeway Store Manager (27 years there; retired in 2013), and I once appeared as the real estate agent on an episode of HGTV House Hunters in 2019. I live in Graham, WA, and also have a home in Surprise, AZ for when I travel to Arizona to work with clients there. I have been married to my wife Kerri since 2009, and have four children, and four granddaughters. When not serving my amazing clients, I love to spend time with my family, travel to warm areas, and playing golf and Texas Hold 'Em tournaments!
In real estate, I pride myself on providing industry best client care, by responding quickly to my clients, being available most any time of the day, and by trying to make this real estate thing fun, even through the challenges of the buying and selling process, which can have surprises and stressors. I view myself not as a salesperson, but as an expert guide and facilitator to one of the most important financial decisions my clients will make in their life.
